DO YOU HAVE KIDS OPTIONS? 

We know some kids can be pretty specific about what goes on their plate and in their mouth so we offer a kids option for each meal. â€‹

DO YOU OFFER A REUSABLE PACKAGING?

We do!  Our packaging is reusable and recyclable.

WHEN IS YOUR NEW MENU POSTED?

Menus are posted on Monday evenings for the following week.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Once you have added your meals to the cart and are in the checkout page you will be prompted to enter your shipping details and then delivery method. After those two steps you will be at step 3, Payment, where you click the box "redeem a gift card" and then you will be able to enter the gift card number. â€‹

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEALS?

Our meals are made fresh and delivered straight to your door.  We deliver once a week on Tuesdays between 3 and 5:30pm.  Pick up option is also available on Tuesdays between 4-6pm. All you have to do is reheat and serve!

DO YOU OFFER LOW CARB OR GLUTEN FREE DISHES?

At this time we are unable to make any modifications to our meals. We hope to be able to do so again in the future!​

ARE YOUR MEALS NUT FREE?  

We cannot guarantee our food has not come in contact with nuts and other allergens as we do cook in a shared kitchen.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY MEAL DELIVERY?

No problem!   Our meals are delivered in reusable cooler bags.  Simply put out the cooler bag when you receive your next meal and we will pick it up.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR DELIVERY? 

Order cut-off time: Fridays at 6pm!

 

HOW DO I REHEAT MEALS?

Reheating instructions will be emailed out on delivery day.

DO YOU OFFER A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

We sure do!  The meal plan option can be accessed here.  Once you subscribe, you don't have to worry about getting your orders in on time as it will automatically renew each week. Want a different day than the one you subscribed for? No problem, just send us an email by the Friday before and let us know which meals you would prefer that week! To pause or cancel your subscription please let us know by end of day Thursday for delivery the following week.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver anywhere in Ottawa and surrounding areas! (Stittsville, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans). Please reach out if you don't see your area to check if we deliver.

WHAT ABOUT COVID?

It is a strange time and we are committed to keeping our employees and our customers safe.  We will continue to be transparent with our customers should there be any concerns about Covid within our organization.  We minimize our exposure and follow all public health guidelines as well as all food safety measures to keep you safe, and cook in a modern commercial kitchen.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?​

To cancel your order please, contact us by end of day Thursday to ensure your order is cancelled for the following week.

WE GIVE BACK

At Family Table we believe it is important to give back and support our community.  2% of every purchase is donated to the Ottawa Foodbank and the Ottawa Network for Education which runs the school breakfast program.​

HOW DO I RETURN MY FRIENDLIER REUSABLE CONTAINERS?

Using the simple Friendlier app downloaded from Google Play or The App Store, you will scan a QR code on the bottom of your package. â€‹

Rinse and return the container to a Friendlier collection bin, including those located at the Red Apron, Le Suq and Pure Kitchen Preston. 

Friendlier will wash and sanitize the containers and return them to us to be reused.
